What should you photograph for a fall cleanup quote?
Start with four views: the whole yard, the leaves already down, the route into the work area and any additional work you want quoted. You do not need professional photos or exact measurements to make an inquiry.
The goal is to show what you want cleaned and what could affect access. Photos are a starting point, not a guarantee that the property can be priced remotely. High Country may ask follow-up questions or arrange a site review before providing a final written scope and price.
1. Show the whole yard and the trees above it
Take a wide view of the front or back lawn from a safe position. If both areas need cleanup, show both. Include the trees above the work area where possible, and tell us whether leaves are still falling.
Point out the boundary of the requested work. For example, say whether you want the front yard only, the whole property or the fenced area behind the house. A wide photo helps explain the layout, but it does not establish an exact square footage.
2. Show where leaves collect
Add a closer view of the leaves already down. Beds, fence lines, corners, patios and walkways may need different attention from the open lawn.
Describe what is mixed in with the leaves. Branches, rubbish, old mulch or overgrown plants should be mentioned separately rather than assumed to be part of leaf removal. Let us know whether you want debris hauled away so the disposal scope can be confirmed in writing.
Avoid tidying the area just for the photos. A clear view of its current condition is more useful than a picture taken before the leaves arrived.
3. Show the way into the work area
Photograph gates, steps and narrow passages. Tell us about slopes, limited parking or an area that can only be reached through the house or garage.
You do not need to decide which equipment we will use. Simply explain the access available. If you already know a gate's clear opening, include that measurement; do not climb, move heavy objects or enter an unsafe area to get it.
Please keep access codes, your full address and other private property details out of public comments. Share them through the inquiry or a direct conversation with our team.
4. Show extra work separately
If you also want gutters, overgrown beds or a drainage concern reviewed, give each item its own photo and a short description. For gutters, photographs taken safely from the ground are enough to start the conversation. Do not climb a ladder or roof to prepare a request.
Gutter cleaning, aeration and overseeding are separately quoted. Complete's Fall 2026 plan includes one driveway and walkway weed-spraying treatment within the approved scope; other treatment areas and repeat treatments are extra. A photo of additional work does not automatically add it to a cleanup plan.

Can four photos guarantee an exact cleanup price?
No. Photos help us review the request, but additional information or a site visit may be needed. The approved written quote confirms the work and final price.
Should I post my address and photos in a public comment?
Send property details privately through the inquiry or direct contact with High Country. Avoid publishing your address or access information in public comments.
Do I have to climb up to photograph my gutters?
No. Only take photos from a safe position on the ground. Describe any section you cannot safely see.
